1st Session
Focal Points - focus (biggest goals personal and professional), agency (areas they have good handle on, where can they improve), habits (which do they have, which to remove, which to add). One hour.

2nd Session
Clarity - 1. personal clarity 2 clarity with others in relationship 3 clarity about goals and success - they choose three words in each of these areas to describe themselves (bold, sincere, energetic) three words to describe how they see themselves in relationship with other people (great listener, contributor, generous) goals and success (planner, goal oriented, successful) - set an alarm to show these words daily on their phone

3rd Session
Energy - what feeds it and what drains it - is it naturally high or low, how to recover energy you're losing - identify three things that you need to stop doing and three things to start doing to increase their energy. Learn how to generate energy for themselves.

4th Session
Courage - How I deal with my fear. Fears of loss, fear of pain, by people changing or advancing they might lose something important to them, fear of process of change itself, fear of outcome pain - after all that effort it may not lead to a better outcome. Identify who the people are that you have not been expressing your true thoughts, feelings, needs and ambitions to the following people and its costing me ...... a situation I am dedicated to addressing in the next five day snad this is what Im going to do about it. Consistently create and respond to challenges by taking action. 60 days - bold action they are going to commit to.

5th Session
Productivity - Purpose identification - setting intention - What is my purpose in the moment - having a planner to organise your life to make sure you're not bouncing from one thing to another - daily morning routine with physical, food and planning. Eg 50 minutes working at your desk - pommodoro. Three most important goals for the day. Who do you need to speak to, who are going to acknowledge, what are you doing today, what might trip you up and what can you do about it, if you were your own coach what would you say to yourself today.

8th Session
Physiology Mastery - beathing, eating, sleeping, meditation, rest, exercise, diet nutrition and daily habits.

12th Session
Commitment to High Performance - leads to another call which is the enrolment call to bring them to sign up to the next set of twelve - Charge.
12 month which is 12 session Ideal plan is 6month and 2 a month - but they can do it quicker if they break those goals into smaller chunks - you and Will decide together on perfect timeline for your goals and ambitions.

Will's story
First opened his first office, in San Fransisco - looking out the window - he'd made it! But he had no patients. Why aren't all those people coming in to my clinic? He had a fear thought - what if I do it and it doesn't work? He had the business cards, he decided to walk out onto the street and talk to people about what he did and why and offer to help them. Huge amount of courage to to do this. He walked out there on his first day - he walked for three blocks, went into about 30 businesses. He went out at 10am - he visited 12 an hour - and he had a call from the office saying he had 5 new patients waiting to see him - he did the same for the whole week and had 15 new signed up patients - then he gave out pikles of leaflets with coupons - so both businesses benefitting (they recommended him and he offered free care to everyone in their business but they rarely took him up on it).
Everyone was recommending him all the time with the knowledge that Will was there for them if they ever needed him. One of those bus drivers has referred over 100 people to him. This was Will's lesson in courage. If he did it again now he wouldnt have the fear.
